The Plumeria (Melia) is a fragrant flower first introduced to Hawai’i in the 1800s.  Often used to make beautiful lei and associated with romance, the “backyard flower” is one of the most well-known and loved flowers of Hawai’i.  Our plumeria is inspired by Japanese woodblock prints.

What is "Western Fit"?

Not too boxy and not too fitted. Designed to be worn untucked. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up.

Chest:

The chest measurement is taken 1" below the armhole. Measure under your arm at the broadest part of your chest for a full chest measurement.

Neck:

Measure the circumference of your neck with at least two fingers of room. Round up to the nearest half inch.

Sleeve Length:

Measure from the base of neck at center point, where your collar meets the yoke, over the shoulder and down to the wrist.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to ship.

  • Free Shipping:
    Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $250.00 (Saddles and ropes are excluded from Free Shipping).

  • Saddle Shipping:
    All Saddles will ship via economy service only. (5–8 days).

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days due to high order volume.  In the case of a holiday, orders will be processed the next business day.  Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped on the NEXT business day. FREE local pickup is available in Twin Falls, ID (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.)

  • Shipping Options:
    Vickers Western Store offers standard, expedited, and express shipping for all items, excluding saddles.

  • Credit Card Approval:
    Credit card approval is required before processing your order.

  • Shipping Restrictions:
    Vickers Western Store currently ships within the United States. For locations not listed, please contact us for assistance.

  • Track Your Order:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Deliver Issues:

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.  In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact the carrier directly.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You may return unused items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange with a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in original packaging, free from wear and tear, and accompanied by a receipt. *See Non-returnable items below.

Non-Returnable Items:  

Items are NOT eligible for return if they meet any of the following criteria: items purchased from other stores, items that have been worn, used washed or damaged, items with missing tags, under garments, swimwear, special orders, sale items and items that are past the 30-day return window.  If you are unsure, feel free to reach out.

All SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS  ARE FINAL SALE and are NOT ELIGIBLE for return/exchange.

Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.

How to Return:
Start your return by visiting and reviewing our Return Policy on our website or contacting our customer service team at info@VickersWesternStore.com. We’ll help you through the process.

Items that meet the Non-refundable items, will not be refunded or returned.  Please inspect prior to returning item(s).

  1. Email us for approval to return your item.  This approval does not guarantee our Acception for Refund.  After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you. If you have a tracking number please provide us with the tracking number.
  2. Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected to make sure that the item does NOT meet the non-refundable items criteria.  
  3. If returned is accepted, the item will be refunded to the original payment method, less the 10% restocking fee. 

*Please note: If item(s) is not returned in new condition, a refund will not be issued and customers will be responsible for the return of their item.  Please ensure that the item is in new, unused condition prior to returning to avoid this issue.

Vickers Western Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, simply contact our team @ info@vickerswestern.com to return the original item in new condition and place a new order on our website. Your refund will be issued once the item has been inspected and is returned in new, undamaged condition.

Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
